These are all super simple b/c nobody has time to slave in the kitchen when there's tailgating to be done!
All of these are always a huge hit and I never have any leftover (evidence they were good!)
1-2-3 Sausage Balls:
Ingredients: 1 pound sausage, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 3 cups bisquick
Directions:
Mix all together in a large bowl (easiest if you mix the dry ingredients first then add the sausage)
Add a splash or 2 of milk to get everything to stick easier
When the sausage, bisquick and cheese are combined, roll into balls (ping pong ball size) and bake at 350 for 12 -15 minutes
If you're going to double the recipe (you'll want to, these are so good I swear I can't stop eating them) use 1 lb regular sausage and 1 lb hot sausage. Yummm!

1 clove pressed garlic

Directions: Mix together and serve with scoops. I usually double this recipe because people eat it up!

I love hawaiian rolls, especially with some salty ham. Yum. My roommate and I always go for the chili/ cornbread combo on game days, though!
